Shinfox Energy Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 1,899.41 million compared to TWD 1,286 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 75.66 million compared to TWD 38.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.35 compared to TWD 0.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.35 compared to TWD 0.2 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 3,287.92 million compared to TWD 2,105.11 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 130.81 million compared to TWD 81.05 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.61 compared to TWD 0.45 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.6 compared to TWD 0.45 a year ago.
Shinfox Energy Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of energy-related engineering services. The Company provides construction of renewable energy power plants, mechanical and electrical engineering, energy-saving services and equipment installation and other related turnkey projects. Engineering services include feasibility study and planning, engineering design, equipment supply, equipment production, engineering construction, construction supervision, and commissioning. Technical services include the evaluation and planning of the use of energy-saving lamps, frequency conversion technology, network monitoring, and contract power consumption, and the provision of energy-saving and emission-reduction technical services for shopping malls and department stores. The electricity sales service is to supply the produced electricity to various electricity needs, including industrial electricity and residential electricity.
