Shui On Land Limited reported unaudited group sales results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the quarter, contracted property sales amounted to RMB3,402 million, comprising residential property sales of RMB1,595 million and commercial property sales of RMB1,807 million. Total gross floor area ("GFA") of contracted property sales were 139,800 square metres ("sq. m.") and 894 units of carpark.

For the nine months, Accumulated contracted property sales amounted to RMB7,966 million for the first nine months of 2023, comprising residential property sales of RMB5,791 million and commercial property sales of RMB2,175 million, respectively. Aggregated GFA sold for contracted property sales reached 246,700 sq. m. with the average selling price of RMB32,300 per sq. m. In addition, 2,659 units of carpark were sold in the first nine months of 2023.
