Siemens Limited Appoints Mehernosh B. Kapadia as Independent Director, Effective May 2, 2019; Declares Dividend for the Financial Year Ended September 30, 2018

Siemens Limited announced at the AGM held on February 06, 2018, the shareholders appointed Mr. Mehernosh B. Kapadia as Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from 2 May, 2018 to 1 May, 2023.

The company declared dividend of INR 7 per equity share having face value of INR 2 each, for the financial year ended 30th September, 2018.
