Sigma announced two changes to its Board, including a new appointment and the creation of the role of Chief Operating Officer. These changes take immediate effect. Graeme Hogg, currently Partnership Director, has been appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role in which he will support the Chief Executive in the delivery of the Group's day-to-day objectives.

Graeme joined Sigma in 2011 with the Group's acquisition of Inpartnership Limited, which he also co-founded and which has unique long term local authority partnerships that deliver large scale urban-regeneration projects. The company is also delighted to appoint Duncan Sutherland to the Board as Regeneration Director. Duncan Sutherland, aged 61, who is Chairman and co-founder of Sigma Inpartnership, has substantial experience in major regeneration and infrastructure projects in the private and public sectors.

He was appointed recently as a Non-executive Director of High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. which is delivering the new high speed railway network between London and the North of England.
