SIGMAXYZ Holdings Inc. (TSE:6088) announces an share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase 600,000 shares, representing 1.36% of the outstanding shares for ¥600 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy.
The program will run until August 31, 2024. As of January 31, 2024, the company had 44,063,854 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) and 2,244,746 shares in treasury.
