Incorporation of subsidiary

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of SIIC ENVIRONMENT HOLDINGS LTD. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company's 57.9687% indirect owned subsidiary, Longjiang Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary. The details of the newly incorporated subsidiary are as follows:

Name of company	: Youyi County Longjiang Environmental Protection Water Control
		Co., Ltd. (友誼縣龍江環保治水有限公司) ("Youyi Longjiang")
Place of incorporation	: The People's Republic of China
Registered capital	:	RMB9,000,000
Principal activities	:	Project development and operation, technical consultation, and
		technical services for environmental protection; construction and
		maintenance of water supply and drainage pipe

The incorporation of Youyi Longjiang is to operate the Youyi County Wastewater Treatment Plant Project.

The incorporation of Youyi Longjiang is funded through internal resources of the Group and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.

None of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of Youyi Longjiang, save for their shareholdings in the Company.
