Sikri Holding ASA: Disclosure of large shareholdings

Reference is made to Sikri Holding ASA's ("the Company" or "Sikri") stock
exchange announcement on 22 November 2022 regarding completion of the private
placement of NOK 100 million.

Following the private placement, Varner Invest AS will hold 12,853,156 shares in
the Company, thereby crossing the above 10% threshold to 10.2% of the
outstanding shares in the Company.
