Silkwave Inc Announces Resignation of Chou Tsan-Hsiung as Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Silkwave Inc. announced that Mr. Chou Tsan-Hsiung has resigned as a non-executive Director, a member of the audit committee of the Company and a member of the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 3 May 2023 due to the reason of age.
