SIMEC Atlantis Energy Announces Resignation of Ian Wakelin, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee from the Board

SIMEC Atlantis Energy announced that Ian Wakelin, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, has resigned from the Board of Atlantis having accepted the role of Chairman of Viridor Group, a British waste company. Mr. Wakelin will leave the Company's Board in October and will in the interim assist the transition of the Audit Committee to a new chair.
