(Alliance News) - Adasta, one of Italy's leading digital advertising concessionaires and a subsidiary of Execus Spa, closed 2023 with EUR2.4 million in revenues, up 37 percent on the year before, and with operating profit marking a double-digit growth of about 43 percent over 2022.

The company offers digital advertising management services aimed at maximizing publisher performance and ensuring effective campaigns for advertisers.

"2023 has been a year of important confirmations, we have further consolidated our position in the Italian market, also through the expansion of the publisher portfolio, which has seen the entry of important newspapers and the establishment of strategic partnerships, such as the one announced in recent weeks regarding the onboarding of Editoriale Domani," commented Simone Chizzali, CEO of Adasta.

"In 2024-2025 we will aim at the internationalization of activities, orienting ourselves toward more mature markets with respect to the logic of advertising automation, through technological connections without exclusivity constraints. In the Italian market, on the other hand, we will aim at further efficiency and consolidation of existing exclusive relationships with publishers active in Adasta and an estimated significant growth during the year of concession properties."

As stated in a company note, Adasta will also invest in the introduction of new Business Units and independent entities that aim to explore market segments and products complementary to its current ones. The goal is to strengthen existing offerings and leverage legacy technologies to stimulate organic growth while maintaining continuous innovation and consolidating leadership in target industries through vertical integration that optimizes control of the value chain.

Execus is flat at EUR2.70 per share.
