Singtex Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 383.386 million compared to TWD 318.015 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 19.884 million compared to operating loss of TWD 12.118 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 15.420 million compared to net loss of TWD 15.658 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.51 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.43 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 0.52 a year ago.
Singtex Industrial Co. Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the processing, distribution, import and export of fibers, yarns, functional fabric products and ready-made clothes, raw materials, semi-finished products and others. The Companyâs fabric products consist of windproof, waterproof and breathable series, high-density water pressure resistance series, quick moisture absorption and release series, two-layer and three-layer functional fabric series, three-dimensional (3D) functional fabric series, PUSH and PULL series, special functional fabric series, and ready-made clothes. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
