The Board of Directors of Singtex Industrial Co., Ltd. proposed dividend distribution for the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
Appropriations of earnings in cash dividends to shareholders of TWD 0.50 per share. Cash dividends distributed from legal reserve and capital reserve to shareholders of TWD 0.50 per share. Total amount of cash dividends to shareholders of TWD 60,439,774.
Singtex Industrial Co. Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the processing, distribution, import and export of fibers, yarns, functional fabric products and ready-made clothes, raw materials, semi-finished products and others. The Companyâs fabric products consist of windproof, waterproof and breathable series, high-density water pressure resistance series, quick moisture absorption and release series, two-layer and three-layer functional fabric series, three-dimensional (3D) functional fabric series, PUSH and PULL series, special functional fabric series, and ready-made clothes. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
