Singularity Future Technology Ltd. announced on September 28, 2023, Ms. Ling Jiang resigned as a director of the company and Chairwoman of the Compensation Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Jiang?s decision did not result from any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies, or practices. The board of directors of the Company is in the process of finding a director to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Ms. Ling Jiang.
