Open Space Labs, Inc. announced that it has received $110.999993 million in funding from a group of investors

On August 9, 2022, Open Space Labs, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has amended the terms of the transaction and issued 1,012,749 series D preferred shares for gross proceeds of $9,000,000 in its final tranche. The transaction included participation from returning investor Taronga Group and GreenPoint Select Fund I, L.P. a fund managed by returning investor GreenPoint Partners.

The company has issued 12,490,575 series D preferred shares for gross proceeds $111,000,000 in the transaction.
