The board of directors of Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation received the resignation letter from Mr. Lu Baoping ("Mr. Lu") on 27 July 2023. Due to his personal age, Mr. Lu requested to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a member of the Strategy Committee of the Board. According to the Articles of Association of the Company, Mr. Lu's resignation shall take effect on 27 July 2023.
Mr. Lu will not hold any position in the Company following his resignation.
