APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN CUM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ， LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AND RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sinostar PEC Holdings Limited (SGX: C9Q) ("Sinostar PEC" or the "Group"), together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that Mr Li Xiangping who is the Non-executive Chairman, will be appointed as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from the date of this announcement.

In addition to the appointment of Executive Chairman cum CEO, the Company's Independent Director Mr Teo Moh Gin will be appointed as the Lead independent director of the Company with effect from the date of this announcement.

The detailed template announcements pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") containing the particulars of Mr Li Xiangping will be released separately to the SGX-ST.

The details of the latest composition of the Board Committees of the Company are as follows:-
