Siri Prime Office Property Fund announced unaudited earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported rental and service income of THB 40,661,000 against THB 39,910,000 for the same period a year ago. Total income was THB 40,762,000 against THB 40,113,000 for the same period a year ago. Net investment income was THB 27,190,000 against THB 26,489,000 for the same period a year ago. Total net gain on investments was THB 18,545,000 against THB 21,771,000 for the same period a year ago. Increase in net assets resulting from operations was THB 45,735,000 against THB 48,260,000 for the same period a year ago. Net cash flows from operating activities was THB 15,004,000 against THB 22,541,000 for the same period a year ago. EPS was THB 0.269 against THB 0.2839 a year ago.
Siri Prime Office Property Fund is a Thailand-based is a closed-end property fund. The Fund is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to raise funds from general investors, both individuals and juristic persons, locally and internationally whereby the proceeds from such fundraising are used to purchase, lease and/or sub-lease immovable properties. The Fund shall also improve, modify, construct and/or develop immovable properties by taking the transfer of a construction permit and/or applying for other permits and/or executing any transactions necessary and advisable for immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to make an initial investment in Siripinyo Building, which is an office building for rent. SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Company's Fund Manager.
