Notification of the dividend payment and book closing date of Siri Prime Office Property
Fund (SIRIP)
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Siri Prime Office Property Fund (SIRIP), would like to inform the dividend payment of SIRIP and book closing date with details as follows:
That the dividend payment of Siri Prime Office Property Fund (SIRIP) for the operation period from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 would be at the rate of Baht 0.0500 per unit, and the payment date will be on September 5, 2022.
That the Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receiving dividend by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment units on August 18, 2022.

Siri Prime Office Property Fund is a Thailand-based is a closed-end property fund. The Fund is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to raise funds from general investors, both individuals and juristic persons, locally and internationally whereby the proceeds from such fundraising are used to purchase, lease and/or sub-lease immovable properties. The Fund shall also improve, modify, construct and/or develop immovable properties by taking the transfer of a construction permit and/or applying for other permits and/or executing any transactions necessary and advisable for immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to make an initial investment in Siripinyo Building, which is an office building for rent. SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Company's Fund Manager.
