Sirius Minerals Plc announced that with effect from March 17, 2020 (being the Effective Date) the Sirius Non-Executive Chairman (Russell Scrimshaw), the Sirius Senior Independent Director (Elizabeth Noel Harwerth) and each of the Sirius non-executive directors (Jane Lodge, Keith Clarke, Louise Hardy and Lord Hutton of Furness) have resigned as directors of Sirius.
