We are disclosing our 2023 Integrated Report, which attests to the company's leadership of the agribusiness sector in Brazil, not only for its positive operational results, but also for its dedication to sustainability, innovation and significant contribution to society.

In 2023, the company registered record production of cotton, corn and soybean by adopting digital agriculture technologies. Planted area spanned 674,384 hectares, and the company sold 1,071,551 tons of corn (second crop), 239,303 tons of cotton lint and 1,309,363 tons of soybean.

The company reaffirmed its position as the world's largest individual producer of soybean and corn certified by the Round Table on Responsible Soy (RTRS) and advanced in its regenerative agriculture practices, with its first two farms receiving the Regenagri seal. The year was also marked by recognition for the company's management, which received various awards and certifications that underscore its commitment to governance practices. Notable recognitions include the rise in the ranking of B3's ISE index and inclusion in ICO2 B3 and IGPTW B3 indices, and the scores of "A-" for climate change and "B" for forests and water security assigned by the CDP.

As a company that looks beyond its financial results, SLC Agrícola invested over R$7 million in social initiatives and is committed to the education of its employees and local communities. Its active engagement in promoting education and well-being underscores its corporate responsibility and the desire to contribute to a fairer and more egalitarian society.
According to Aurélio Pavinato, CEO of SLC Agrícola, the report proves that innovation and care for employees continue to be strategic pillars for the company. "We allocated R$615,000 to innovation programs in 2023, seeking intelligent and sustainable solutions for the challenges faced by agribusiness. At the same time, the company maintained its focus on human development, standing out for its inclusion and diversity initiatives that promote education and safety of its employees and local communities," he added.

In line with its commitment to the environment, the company reached important milestones such as saving R$82 million by adopting new technologies, thus reinforcing its pioneering role in implementing innovative solutions in the field.

Another significant milestone in 2023 was the celebration of five years since the creation of LAS SLC Sementes, a cutting-edge seed laboratory that illustrates the company's dedication to quality and innovation, ensuring the excellence of its products. Launched in 2018 as part of a diversification and value creation strategy, SLC Sementes continues to grow, having sold 1.02 million bags of soybean seeds and 130,000 bags of cotton seeds in 2023. In the field, the seed area is helping to accelerate the adoption of new varieties, increase production and reduce costs. Moreover, the proximity of SLC Sementes to germplasm and biotechnology producers has helped to keep the company at the forefront in the adoption of new biotechnologies.

The strategic adoption of Crop-Livestock Integration (CLI) and Crop-Livestock-Forest Integration (CLFI) is another highlight in the report. These initiatives, which promote environmental sustainability and operational efficiency, have covered thousands of hectares and demonstrate how the company combines agricultural productivity with environmental conservation and carbon sequestration, resulting in truly regenerative agricultural management.

"Motivated by the positive results in 2023, SLC Agrícola looks to the future with optimism, planning to continue its trajectory of sustainable growth, constant innovation and positive contribution to society and the environment. The company reaffirms its commitment to positively impact future generations and be the world leader in agricultural efficiency and respect for the planet," Pavinato concluded.
