As Statutory Executive Officer, Mr. Alvaro Luiz Dilli Gonçalves,Chief HR, Sustainability and IT Officer. Mr. Alvaro has been with SLC Agrícola for 37 years. He has been Director of Human Resources and Sustainability since 2012 and from 2020, Director of HR, Sustainability and IT. He graduated as an Agricultural Engineer from the Federal University of Pelotas - RS in 1986. He has an MBA in Business Management from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) and Strategic People Management 2015 from Fundação Dom Cabral - GEP in partnership with INSEAD - France - The business School for the World. Internal expert member of the ESG Committee supporting the Board of Directors of SLC Agricola S/A. He was an effective member of the Executive Board of the RTRS (Round Table on Responsible Soy Association) 2009-2011and today participates in the group that supports the RTRS.
As Chief Sales and New Business Officer, Mr. Roberto Acauan de Araujo Junior.Mr. Roberto has been with SLC Agrícola for 15 years. He was Legal and Compliance Manager for 12 years and was also responsible for the Governance Department and managing ESG ratings. A lawyer who has a degree in Law at PUC/RS finalized in 2004, he has a post-graduationat UFRGS in Financial, Economic and Tax Law, concluded in 2008, an LLM - Legal Law Master in Business Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV, concluded in 2014 and an Executive MBA at Fundação Don Cabral, concluded in 2022. He also finalized a course in Negotiation: Strategies, Tools and Skills for Success at Harvard Law School in 2013.
