SNT DYNAMICS CO.,Ltd (KOSE:A003570) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 10,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and stabilize stock prices. The program will expire on November 12, 2021. As of May 12, 2021, the company had 10,895,072 shares in treasury within the scope available for dividend and had 1,152 shares in treasury through other repurchases.
SNT Dynamics Co Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of transportation equipment. The company operates its business through two segments. The Transportation Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of defense products such as defense transitions, guns and ammunition, as well as automobile parts such as transitions and axles. The Machinery segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of machine tools such as computer numerical control machine tools, machining centers, grinding machines, milling machines and general-purpose lathes.
