Snt Dynamics Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A003570) agreed to acquire 52.28% stake in Korea Heat Exchanger Co.,Ltd. for approximately KRW 35,050 million on July 20, 2022. Snt Dynamics Co.,Ltd. is acquiring 54,060,018 shares in Korea Heat Exchanger Co.,Ltd. Korea Heat Exchanger Co.,Ltd. generated the Total assets of KRW 77,364 million, total equity of KRW 71,278 million and Net Income of KRW 1,388 million for the financial year 2021. The transaction is expected to close on August 11, 2022.
SNT Dynamics Co Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of transportation equipment. The company operates its business through two segments. The Transportation Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of defense products such as defense transitions, guns and ammunition, as well as automobile parts such as transitions and axles. The Machinery segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of machine tools such as computer numerical control machine tools, machining centers, grinding machines, milling machines and general-purpose lathes.
