S&T Motiv Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A064960) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 10,000 million under the contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The repurchase program will expire on October 2, 2020. As of April 2, 2020, the company had 801,821 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
