SNT Motiv Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A064960) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 50,000 million worth of its shares, pursuant to a contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and to improve shareholder value. The program will expire on May 7, 2024.
As of November 7, 2023, the company had 1,393,076 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 2 shares in treasury under other acquisitions.
