PARIS (Reuters) - Slawomir Krupa, who is due to become Societe Generale's next chief executive in May, has nominated his leadership team, the French bank said on Thursday, which includes maintaining Claire Dumas in her role as chief financial officer.
From May 24, the bank's top management will consist of 13 executives, 10 of which are joining from within the bank and 7 are women.
Marie-Christine Ducholet will be promoted the head of the bank's French retail network, replacing Sebastien Proto who chose to quit the bank after having lost the race to become the new CEO to Krupa.
