Vivendi SA (ENXTPA:VIV) made an offer to acquire remaining 3.7% stake in Havas SA (ENXTPA:HAV) for approximately €140 million on October 11, 2017. Under the transaction, Vivendi will make an offer at a price of €9.25 per share, followed by a mandatory squeeze-out. The buyout offer followed by a mandatory squeeze-out will then be presented to the Autorité des marchés financiers, in November 2017.
