Sango Capital Management agreed to acquire unknown majority stake in Société Tunisienne Industrielle du Papier et du Carton (BVMT:STPAP) from SPE Capital Partners on August 5, 2022. This agreement remains subject to the obtention of the required authorizations from the competent authorities.
