FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

Sogefi is among the best, rising 6.6 percent to EUR2.98 per share. The company announced Friday that it ended 2023 with a profit of EUR57.8 million, up 95 percent from EUR29.6 million in 2022.

Consolidated revenues grew 5.5 percent to EUR1.62 billion from EUR1.54 billion in 2022.

Cy4Gate also rose, up 4.3% to EUR5.63 per share. The stock has lost 25 percent in the last month, 32 percent in the last six months, and 43 percent in the last year.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

IGD goes to the bottom and gives up 5.3 percent to EUR1.78 per share. The company reviewed and approved its draft operating and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2023, which closed with a net loss of EUR81.7 million compared to a loss of EUR22.3 million in 2022.

In 2023, gross rental income of EUR142.4 million was up from EUR137.2 in the previous year.

Monrif loses 4.1 percent to EUR0.04 per share. The stock has left the parterre 5.2% in the past thirty days and 32% in the past twelve months.
