SolarWinds Corporation (NYSE:SWI) acquired Protected Networks GmbH from High-Tech Gründerfonds Management GmbH and Milestone Venture Capital GmbH on November 15, 2018. Post-completion, Chief Executive Officer of Protected Networks GmbH, Stephan Brack will be retained along with his team. Tobias Warkus, Christian Enderichs, Firat Köker and Yannic Mueller of ACXIT Capital Partners acted as financial advisors to Protected Networks GmbH and its shareholders.
