The AMF has announced that the compulsory buyout of Somfy shares will take place on February 9, at a price net of all costs of 143 euros per share, and will concern 2,515,766 shares, representing 6.80% of the company's share capital and 4.41% of its voting rights.

As a reminder, following their OPAS, the companies J.P.J.S and JP3, together with the other members of their concert, hold 32,372,608 Somfy shares, representing 87.49% of the share capital and 92.08% of the voting rights of the building automation group.

Euronext Paris will publish a detailed timetable for the implementation of the squeeze-out and the date on which Somfy shares will be delisted from Euronext Paris. The shares will remain suspended from trading until the squeeze-out is implemented.
