Soon Mining Limited announced that SMG has started a trial gold production program at its Kwahu Praso project in Ghana. The trial program will continue to run through the fourth calendar quarter of this year. After a long period of continuous efforts, the Company has finally reached the current stage, which is an important milestone for the project. SMG started this machine testing and trial gold production in late September after the ground preparation of the processing plant, and the setting of machinery and equipment in recent months. The objectives from the test and trial gold production are seeking to confirm that the machinery and equipment current on site can operate normally, and to adjust the machinery and equipment to obtain the optimum performance, so as to achieve continuous operation of formal gold production. The Company hopes that under the current equipment scale, it can reach 1,200 M3 per day for gravel processing, and expand its production capacity moderately in the future.
