On July 21, 2023, Soosung Salvacion co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company issued series 21 bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 4,000,000,000 in its second and final tranche closing.
Soosung Webtoon Co Ltd, formerly Soosung Salvacion Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of industrial trucks and transfer machines.
