Vanya Topurova is our Manager New Locations, part of the large SOpharmacy team. Prior to joining Sopharma Trading in 2012, Vanya worked in various companies mainly in the IT sector.

In her current role, Vanya is responsible for the implementation of the visual concept and the overall layout of our SOpharmacy chain. Together with her team, every day she works to add value for patients by optimizing outlet space so that the overall look and experience at SOpharmacy meets the world's best practices.

What Sopharma Trading means to you, Vanya?

A place where I believed in myself in a professional sense and managed to develop my career in a field that I like.

What are your top 3 personal values?

Rationality, independence and balance are my core values. I also believe that for everything we do in life, humor is vital, even in critical moments.

And which company value do you feel like yours the most?

Passion is very important to me. This is the energy that moves me forward. Every day it makes sense for me to keep doing my job because I believe that at SOpharmacy we are doing something meaningful, valuable and sustainable over time.

If you had to name five things you do in your work every day, what would they be?

My days are very different to have repetitive activities. However, what is constant in my daily life is the communication with my colleagues in the team and with our partners, with whom we build the look of each SOpharmacy outlet.

With which of your achievements in Sopharma Trading are you most proud of and why, Vanya?

SOpharmacy makes me proud to be part of the team from day one, when pharmacies were still just an idea. As already mentioned, I believe that SOpharmacy represents a real and sustainable value for patients and the pharmacy sector in general.

Finally, which is the dream you are about to make come true in the company? This year I will be very close to this dream - we to have a wide coverage of pharmacies across the country. And they all correspond to the greatest extent to the original SOpharmacy concept - beautiful, practical and accessible to patients.
