South China Vocational Education Group Company Limited provided group revenue guidance for the year ended 31 December 2022. The board of directors of the Company notified the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on the preliminary assessment of the information currently available (including but not limited to the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the eleven months ended 30 November 2022), the Group is expected to record a decrease in its revenue of not more than 5% for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "FY2022"), as compared to the revenue of approximately RMB 499.6 million recorded for the year ended 31 December 2021. Such decrease in the revenue of the Group may have certain impact on the net profit of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2022.

The expected decrease in the Group's revenue was mainly due to the decrease in tuition fees and boarding fees as a result of the decrease in total full-time student enrollment of the Group.
