Southern Cross Exploration N L Announces Management Changes

Southern Cross Exploration N L advised that Mr. Boris Ganke has stepped down from his position as Managing Director. Mr. Ganke was one of the principal founders of the company. Mr. Ganke will remain as Chairman of the company.

Mr. Stephen Baghdadi, who has been a Director since February 2013, has accepted the position as Executive Director.
