On March 15, 2024, IDDK Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company announced that it has received ¥80,000,000 in Pre-Series A in second closing. The transaction will include participation from new investors Leave a Nest Co., Ltd and Pasona Group Inc. The cumulative amount raised in Pre-Series A was ¥320,000,000 including the issuance of J-KISS type stock acquisition rights.
