SPARX Group Co., Ltd. notify that the Board of Directors has resolved at its meeting held on January 31, 2024 to revise a year-end expected dividend per share for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024.Company has decided that
a year-end expected ordinary dividend to be JPY 66.00 per share for the year, which represents an increase of JPY 6.00 from the previous fiscal year's ordinary dividend of JPY 60.00 per share, considering the financial condition remains stable, increase in the Base Earnings, and so on. This matter shall be officially determined and the dividends will be paid out subject to the approval of the resolution of the 35th general shareholders' meeting that is scheduled to be held in June 2024.
