Eggfarm Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 2,300,000 shares at KRW 10,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 23,000,000,000 on August 4, 2017. The shares are being issued at face value. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The transaction will see participation from existing investor SPC Samlip Co., Ltd. The scheduled subscription date will start and end on August 7, 2017. 460 new shares will be allocated per 1 existing share. The record and payment date is August 7, 2017. The company reported total assets of KRW 4,782,309,424 as of December 31, 2016.
SPC Samlip Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of bread and food materials. The Company operates its business through four segments.
