Professor Jean-Louis Vincent joins Medical Advisory Board~ Appointment of World Authority on Critical Care Medicine ~
Cambridge, UK, 11 August 2014: Sphere Medical Holding plc (AIM: SPHR.L), a leading developer of innovative monitoring and diagnostic products for the critical care setting, today announces the appointment of Professor Jean-Louis Vincent to its Medical Advisory Board (MAB).
Jean-Louis Vincent is Professor of Intensive Care at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the Head of the Department of Intensive Care, Erasme University Hospital (University of Brussels). Professor Vincent is a world authority on intensive care medicines and is President of the World Federation of Societies of Intensive and Critical Care Medicine and a member of the editorial board of approximately 30 international journals on intensive and critical care.
Professor Vincent will work alongside other Sphere MAB members including Dr Tom Clutton-Brock, Head of Anaesthesia & Intensive Care at The University of Birmingham Medical School and Associate Medical Director at the University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
