Skitude Holding AS announced the signing of eight water parks and attractions across North America and Europe. Catalate's team identified an opportunity for the company to focus completely on the primary drivers of online sales for attractions of all shapes and sizes - pricing, ecommerce, and distribution. Leveraging the platform previously built by Liftopia, Catalate has broadened its footprint into water parks, amusement parks and other attractions, while continuing to grow in the global ski industry. Most recently, Catalate has opened its platform such that ski areas and attractions using any ecommerce system can now leverage its Pricing-as-a-Service product via APIs. Skitude Group late last year signed an agreement to acquire the assets of American technology provider Liftopia, and have invested heavily into the platform and team to launch Catalate. Catalate now provides pricing and ecommerce software to dozens of ski destinations, and recently has expanded its portfolio to include a number of summer and year round parks.
