Springfield Properties plc (AIM:SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Wendy Cooper, wife of Nick Cooper, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 14,805 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 135 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 March 2020. Following this transaction, Wendy and Nick Cooper collectively hold 14,805 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
