On March 11, 2021, SPX FLOW, Inc. (the "Company") presented materials at its
investor day, including prospective financial information. As part of its
investor day presentation, held virtually, the Company announced that its Food
and Beverage segment has been renamed to the Nutrition and Health segment. All
current and comparative period financial results for the segment will be
presented as the Nutrition and Health segment. Other than the change in name,
there were no changes to the segment and there have been no changes to prior
period financial information of the segment. The investor presentation is
included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.

The information contained in this Item 7.01 and in Exhibit 99.1 hereto shall not
be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of
