Square, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 4,680.672 million compared to USD 1,923.625 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 124.994 million compared to operating loss of USD 23.052 million a year ago. Net income was USD 204.021 million compared to net loss of USD 11.478 million a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was USD 9,737.942 million compared to USD 3,304.734 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 192.730 million compared to operating loss of USD 113.340 million a year ago. Net income was USD 243.029 million compared to net loss of USD 117.369 million a year ago.

Its bitcoin ecosystem includes TBD, which is an open developer platform.
