St.Shine Optical Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 1,225.24 million compared to TWD 1,342.88 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 241.76 million compared to TWD 211.03 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.8 compared to TWD 4.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.78 compared to TWD 4.18 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 2,571 million compared to TWD 2,648.97 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 538.39 million compared to TWD 437.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.68 compared to TWD 8.68 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.61 compared to TWD 8.64 a year ago.
ST.SHINE OPTICAL CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of contact lenses. The Company mainly provides conventional contact lens, including rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lens and conventional soft contact lens, as well as disposable soft contact lens.
