Standard Chartered has appointed a new CEO for Australia. Jacob Berman, former head of client coverage in Japan, has been appointed to the position as of January 11 this year. He had earlier been the bank's head of client coverage in Japan.
He will now oversee the corporate and institutional banking businesses for the bank.
