VStar Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited agreed to acquire Chevron Lubricants Company Limited from Chevron Asia Pacific Holdings Limited for THB 600 million.

Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SET:SPRC) agreed to acquire Chevron Lubricants (Thailand) Company Limited from Chevron Asia Pacific Holdings Limited for THB 600 million on December 6, 2022. The transaction is subject to approval by Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited shareholders. As of December 6, 2022, the board of directors of Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited approved the transaction.
