Operating income was USD 463,684 compared to operating loss of USD 58,664 a year ago. Net income was USD 461,916 compared to net loss of USD 61,468 a year ago. TSG is a private label and branded aerosol and liquid fill manufacturer with manufacturing assets in verticals, including paints, coatings and adhesives, and household.
