Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited announces that Mr. Zhou Jingbo ("Mr. Zhou") has tendered his resignation as (i) an executive Director; and (ii) a member of each of the executive committee (the "Executive Committee"), anti-money laundering committee (the "Anti-Money Laundering Committee") and investment steering committee (the "Investment Steering Committee") of the Company with effect from 2 March 2023 due to his other business engagements which require more of his attention and dedication. The Board announced that with effect from 2 March 2023, Mr. Jing Xufeng (" Mr. Jing ") has been redesignated from an independent non-executive Director to an executive Director and has been appointed as a co-chairman of the Board.
