INFORMATION ON PRESENTATION COMPANY

OF MALIGNANT

The movie "Malignant" (tentatively entitled "致命感應" in Chinese, hereinafter referred to as the "Movie") jointly incubated and developed by Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Starlight") and James Wan, a contracted director of the Company, which started filming on 26 September 2019 and completed on 7 December 2019, is now at post-production stage.

The Movie, which is directed by James Wan, written by James Wan, Ingrid Bisu and Akela Cooper, starred by Annabelle Wallis, Jake Abel, Maddie Hasson and George Young, globally distributed by Warner and presented by the Company, whose distribution rights in China is owned by the Company and is expected to premiere on 14 August 2020.
